Our philosophy

Our roots are in the land, in the vineyards, and in the ancient wisdom of our ancestors. We continue to research processing methods to enhance the heritage we cherish. We highlight each individual expression of the grape through archaic systems such as raisining and the use of the classic method.

Groppello

This is the native grape variety of Valtènesi; it is delicate, precious, and as complex as the land that produces it. Its compact clusters and very thin skins make it difficult to cultivate, but this is where its organoleptic characteristics are found. It is a privilege to work with this variety. We try to protect and nurture it, giving it extreme elegance and long-lasting freshness.
